In Working Group C a group of 3 Chair Members is formed to start activities:

As a result of their recently held first meeting the following has been decided:

Working Group C on Public Perception and Implementation of Waste Utilization focuses on market, managerial, economical and political factors involved in the use of alternative materials.

Plan of action:

1. Make an inventory of the restrictions of the re-use of waste materials and problems associated with import/export of such materials.

• marketing factors
• managerial impact
• economical factors
• political/legislative influences

2. Based on this inventory a Platform will be established to:

• evaluate the results
• draw conclusions
• establish a common point of support
• make a proposal for further actions
